Our management has been in the lift industry for as long of they care to remember.  What we they don’t know about lifts isn’t worth knowing.  They are the driving force behind the company, the products we sell, the services we offer and ensure the smooth running to deliver a great service.

Paul has worked as a lift engineer, installing, refurbishing, quoting, designing and servicing lift for over 20 years.  He knows his lifts and is responsible for the day to day running of the business.


All our engineers are employed in-house so are available solely for our customers to utilise and carry out the work required.

Qualified in NVQ level 3, Steve has been with us for 15 years bringing a wealth of experience for all types of lift install and maintenance. Steve also works with our trainees to ensure consistency in the Leeds Lifts service that our engineers provide.

Pete joined Leeds Lifts over 2 years ago and is one of our lift installation engineers. He services, maintains and refurbishes our lifts for many regular customers and also attends call outs and breakdowns.

The office

The hub of the operation is our office.  We have a mass of different skills and our team carry out the roles needed to ensure smooth running of the service engineers, customer queries, quotes and installations.

Leeds Lifts Office Team

Sandra is our Services Sales Account Manager, dealing with many of our customers.  Sandra ensures you are quoted on time, queries are answered and helps ensure the delivery of the service once you have chosen to work with us.  Sandra has had experience in running her own business, is highly organised and due to her happy personality and can-do attitude, our customers love dealing with her!

Rachel has worked previously in the IT service industry so knows a thing or two about ensuring customers are happy.  Looking after the Account Managers and ensuring the internal operations and product training is all up-to-date Rachel makes sure the teams product knowledge is at the fore-front of new technology to advise you on the best products available on the market.

Cath has worked for the business for 15 years, she is the hub of service contracts and deploys the engineers so customers are serviced on time.  She knows her lifts and our customers and understands what it takes to deliver the service we provide.
